The Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) is a four-year undergraduate teacher education programme introduced by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The programme integrates disciplinary studies, professional teacher education, school internship, and practical training within a single academic framework.
B. R. Khokhar Memorial Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya, Kuchaman City has been successfully conducting the Four-Year Integrated Programmes B.A. B.Ed. and B.Sc. B.Ed. since the academic session 2017-18. The institution has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from NCTE dated 18.05.2025 for transition of these programmes to the ITEP framework from the academic session 2025-26, subject to grant of formal recognition and other statutory approvals.
ITEP aims to prepare professionally competent, ethically responsible, and future-ready teachers through multidisciplinary education, competency-based learning, digital pedagogy, and extensive school internship experiences.

Subject to grant of formal recognition by NCTE, affiliation by the MDS University Ajmer, and approval of other competent authorities.
Fee shall be charged as per the norms and regulations prescribed by the State Government, NCTE, the affiliating University, and other competent authorities from time to time.

📄 State Govt. Fee Order (31.05.2019)Admission Process: Admission to the 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) shall be based on the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Qualifying in NCET is a mandatory requirement for seeking admission to the 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) offered by participating Central Universities, State Universities, Government Colleges, Regional Institutes of Education (RIEs), IITs, NITs, and other institutions recognized by NCTE.
Admissions shall be made in accordance with the guidelines, eligibility criteria, reservation policy, and counselling process prescribed by NCTE, NTA, the affiliating University, and other competent authorities from time to time.
